In order to effectively manage smart property, Zenitron established the "Smart Property Management Policy" on August 13, 2021, which was approved by the Board of Directors. The Policy includes trademark rights, copyrights, and trade secrets, covering various smart property produced or acquired by Zenitron employees and external parties involved in Zenitron research.

Trademark
- Apply for trademark registration of Zenitron's Chinese and English names for related business purposes.
- The use of the registered trademarks sho be as indicated by Zenitron. The ratio of height, width, and diameter of the trademark design and text, as well as the relative positions of each part, cannot be arbitrarily changed, and no text or pattern can be added to the trademark design.
Copyright
- Zenitron has established an information team and developed its own management system for internal use, which is close to the actual needs in terms of functionality. Zenitron has formulated the "Zenitron Group Asset Management Standards" as an intellectual property management measure.
- The smart property such as inventions, creations, writings, and trade secrets related to the employees belong to Zenitron, and inventions, creations, works, and trade secrets completed with Zenitron's resources and experience can be implemented or used by Zenitron.
Business Secret
- Sign the Employee Commitment when joining Zenitron, and do not disclose Zenitron's secrets after employment or termination of the employment. Any business secrets related to the duties accomplished during the period of employment shall belong to Zenitron.
- Employees are provided with magnetic cards for access control and are authorized to enter and exit according to respetive departmental affiliation. Non-employees should register the identity when visiting Zenitron, and must be accompanied by an Zenitron employee throughout the entire visit.
- All computer equipment is logged in with the employee's personal account and password, which must be changed regularly.
- Each department is allocated its own physical and virtual file storage space, which is planned and utilized independently by each department. For physical space, proper storage of keys are required; For virtual space, read/write permissions will be set.
- Educational training is planned to equip the employees with a basic understanding of trade secrets and to promote the establishment of a sense of the law.

- Trademark Management: As of December 31, 2024, Zenitron has applied for the registration of 2 new Chinese trademarks.

(2) Progress:
The educational training and interviews have been completed. Seed personnel are acting as teachers to assist
all the department colleagues in inventorying business secrets and confidential information.
Future steps will include drafting system documents, creating intellectual property manuals, applying for verification, etc.
